The Arena is hardly more than rubble, thanks to the massive trio of trees that top Aude Archai. Only a portion of the great wall that surrounded it remains, the rest crushed beneath treefall and roots wide as a house. Some of the roots probe the entire way through the pyramid and into the earth below. Pokemon live here; people dwell far enough below they survive mostly undisturbed.
The Spring of Fortune has been a sacred location for centuries beyond count. Legend states that nearly a thousand years ago, Hnar God of Will built the Fountain of Future Fortune as a gift to his lost love Jupetii, then a mortal taken to the Underworld by Gremades God of Ego. History suggests the fountain was actually built by Archai Cruccu, the founder of this ancient kingdom. Either way, its five-tiered marble glory is a wonder of tumbling water and perfectly crafted statues.
Like many cities in Ceredonia, Aude Archai is built among the ruins of another. The massive stepped pyramid is a chacophany of decay and new growth. Many visitors come to see the famous temples and dip their fingers into the Fountain of Future Fortune. At the peak of the city, the rubble of an ancient arena crumbles beneath tree roots.
